FAQ's

About Our Products

How is natural soap different?

According to the FDA, "There are very few true soaps on the market. Most body cleansers, both liquid and solid, are actually synthetic detergent products". But why? Cheap, easily manufactured, and easily makes suds, that's why.

Soap made naturally using the cold process method chemically forms natural glycerin which draws in moisture to the skin. Commercially made "soap" may not contain glycerin, and if it does, it's added from the by-product of another product.

Is the soap really handmade?

Yes! Every batch, every bar, is made by hand.

What does small-batch mean?

It means that each batch, even each bar is unique. No one bar is exactly the same as another.

Is natural soap safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Like any soap however, avoid eye contact or any open wounds or other sensitive areas etc.

Are your products all-natural?

Our bar soaps are made with premium natural ingredients. We're upfront about what goes into every product—no secrets, no nonsense. Check individual product pages for full ingredient lists.

Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

Many of our products are vegan-friendly. We never test on animals. Look for vegan indicators on product pages, or contact us about specific items.

How long do your bar soaps last?

With proper care (keeping them dry between uses), our premium bar soaps typically last 4-6 weeks with daily use. Quality ingredients mean quality performance.

What's the shelf life of your products?

Our soaps and body care products are best used within 12 months of purchase. Bath bombs and wax melts maintain peak quality for 6-12 months when stored properly.
