Overview

We try our best to process your orders as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are processed the same day as ordered. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For free shipping deals: Free shipping deals are automatically triggered once a certain threshold has been met. You can check your status by looking at the banner at the top of the page. Only product price is figured into free shipping deals, not taxes or shipping.

Calculated Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@prohibitionsoap.com with your name and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order we will refund or replace your order. You can view our full policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@prohibitionsoap.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
